It took eight months to complete the 1,000 m2 extension of Pfeiffer’s site in Culemborg. On the first floor, new offices were set up for service, service administration and technicians. On the ground floor of the new building, there is a 350 m2 cleanroom divided into three areas: Two of ISO class 7 and one of ISO class 6. It is primarily used for the maintenance of leak detectors used by major semiconductor customers in microchip production.

The new cleanroom is excellently suited to meet the stringent requirements of Pfeiffer’s semicon customers.” emphasizes Kaya Busch, co-owner and co-CEO of the Busch Group.
